Delivery Times and Charges
FREE DELIVERY
We currently offer free delivery globally.
DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Important – Please note, any order where a delivery address other than the cardholder’s address is requested, may need to be further validated for security reasons. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible by telephone or email.
DELIVERY TIME
Please note: Every order of Francesco Calvidini Italian bedlinen is handmade to your requirements. Therefore a period of 28 days is required to manufacture and deliver your bespoke bedlinen.
Because each order is unique, bedlinen cannot be cancelled or returned (unless physically damaged in transit, or faulty). Before ordering please check the exact size of the bed, duvets and pillows. If advice is needed about styles, sizes or colours please call our UK office from where one of our design team can provide ideas to complement your bedroom and ensure all sizing meets your criteria.
No deliveries will be made on Public Holidays. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a public holiday will be delivered the following working day.
Prices and Currencies
All the stated prices on our website are quoted in UK Sterling and are INCLUSIVE of all global delivery charges.
Please note: When checking out, you may pay for your goods (via WorldPay) in either UK Sterling, Euros or US Dollars. You will be asked to select your currency on the WorldPay payment page.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including:

Your Security
Our online payment system is provided by WorldPay and is transacted under SSL (https) secure encryption. We do NOT store your Credit or Debit card details on our website.
Your Order
After submitting an order via our website we will send you an order acknowledgement by email confirming receipt of your order and your unique order number. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order nor proof of payment.
Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order.
Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will take place when the goods you have ordered have been paid in full and dispatched to you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation or returns policy.
We reserve the right to not to supply goods and to cancel your order in the event of a pricing error or omission
Cancellations of orders in respect of goods made to your specification and/or clearly personalised
Because each order is unique, bedlinen cannot be cancelled or returned. An item may only be returned if physically damaged in transit.
Incorrectly described goods
In the case of incorrectly described goods we shall, after you have notified us (as described above), either collect the goods from you by courier collection at our cost, or you may return the goods yourself at your own cost and risk, in this case, we strongly recommend you use secure packaging and an insured delivery method such as UK Royal Mail Special Delivery or overseas equivalent.
All goods returned will be checked and if found to be correct will be returned to you. No refund will be processed until the returned goods have been received back in to our warehouse.
Obtaining Returns Authorisation
You must prior to returning any goods received obtain a Returns Authorisation Reference (RAR) by calling Customer services on +44 20 82 24 52 52. Failure to do so will result in your refund taking up to 28 days to process or the product being returned to you.
Once you have your RAR number, you can return the item to us in one of the following ways:
Return the goods, your proof of purchase with your RAR (please write this clearly on the outside of the packaging) number to the following address. Please also include a copy of your invoice with your return and again, please write your RAR number on this copy invoice to the following address:

You must take full care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit otherwise this may preclude you from obtaining a refund.
Once you have notified Calvidini Limited that you are returning your order and Calvidini Limited have received the goods back undamaged, you will be refunded or credited within a maximum of 28 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your payment card for the goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

We value our customers’ satisfaction very highly. If you have any complaints regarding your order please email our Customer Support Team or call +44 20 82 24 52 52.
Errors and Omissions
We make every effort to ensure that the information on our site is accurate and up to date. We will promptly correct any errors brought to our attention. If you find an error please let us know via our Contact Us section.
We can accept no responsibility for information or opinions from third-parties, contained within this site, or for the content of links from this site.
